In collaboration with the website navetteurs.be, and in order to allow a maximum number of train customers to express theirselves, this website proposes you to fill an investigation of satisfaction, which is very similar to the the survey that is organised every three months by SNCB/NMBS.

This investigation is completely independent of SNCB/NMBS !

There is no survey this month : the next one will take place from 01 to 30 April 2012.
