On the official website, there is a feedback
page where you can contact the right service at the Belgian Railways Company
by filling online forms : travel formulas, prices, timetables, excursions,
complaints, aridisc ...
This usually takes a long time before having a reply. If you need a quick
answer, a best solution is to contact SNCB/NMBS by phone,
e.g. via the call center.

This number is competent for any information about your journey by train, in Belgium or abroad ( est compétent pour toutes les informations concernant votre voyage en train, en Belgique ou vers l'étranger (timetables, fares, travel formulas, ...).
For domestic traffic, you can also contact the information office of the nearest station. (see the phone
numbers).
This number also gives the opportunity to book TGV, Thalys and Eurostar tickets.
It is also possible to book
your ticket on the Internet (official website), if you do it at least two days before your departure.
For Thalys passengers, there is a specific information central : 070 66 77 88
The items that are found in trains and stations are sent to the central depot in Brussels-Midi/Zuid. You can contact this depot by dialing the phone numbers 02 224 55 91.

The Belgian Railways have got a documentation center with many technical and historical documents. It is located near Brussels-Midi/Zuid station, and you can visit it (on appointment) from 9 am till 4 pm. |
